Your ticket or confirmation from grandraffle@rememberingkev.com will serve as your receipt of purchase. A maximum of 2,000 entries will be sold for the Grand Raffle. All entries for the Grand prize must be received by 12:00pm August 27, 2010 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. At that time the ability to purchase tickets online will be discontinued and will resume ticket sales the night of the benefit. Kevin Dennis Family Benefit Committee reserves the right not to accept entries at their discretion and to add additional prizes or drawing at anytime.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18 years or older to purchase a raffle entry. Only (1) individual may be identified as the purchaser (or buyer) of the raffle entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Raffle tickets are not transferable. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a valid, deliverable mailing address and email address to the Kevin Dennis Family Benefit Committee. The Kevin Dennis Memorial Trust and its agents, board, vendors, volunteers, and members assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, undelivered entries or entries without proper payment received, which entries shall be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified. Kevin Dennis Memorial Benefit Chairpersons are not eligible to participate in this Charity Raffle. By entering the Raffle, the entry purchaser acknowledges that he or she is aware and agrees with the raffle official rules.

The benefit will feature the grand raffle (winner does not need to be present) and other raffles to include family baskets.

Another raffle at the benefit will also have baskets designed to display Kevin’s character as well as feature complimenting quality donations. For example, a “barbeque” themed basket, may include a bbq cooking guide, a cooking class, bbq supplies, a recipe by Kevin Dennis, and a gift certificate to a bbq restaurant.
